The First Session of the ARTED Competition Law Training Series Successfully Completed

As ARTED, in collaboration with ARTED lawyer, Attorney Ahmet Batan, we successfully completed the first session of ARTED Competition Law Training Series on Thursday, 9 April 2026, with strong interest and high participation from ARTED members.

In the online session, both competition law considerations that must be taken into account in internal association activities and member-to-member interactions, as well as fundamental principles and rules directly relevant to the daily operations of ARTED member companies, were addressed in a comprehensive manner. The training proved to be highly productive and engaging, enriched by the valuable contributions of ARTED members and an interactive Q&A session.

In this context, the second session of the training series will be held online on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, between 15:00 and 16:00. We would be pleased to welcome the participation of all ARTED members, particularly those who were unable to attend the first session, as well as those who wish to refresh their knowledge and further strengthen their awareness in the field of competition law.

As ARTED, we will continue to organize such meetings that support knowledge sharing, corporate awareness, and a culture of collaboration in the areas needed by ARTED members.
