ARTED Code of Ethics

This Code has been prepared to define the ethical responsibilities of Members in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In this context, particular care has been taken to ensure that the ARTED Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct for Healthcare Professionals (“Code of Ethics”) is consistent with current laws and regulations. However, in the event that the provisions of the Code of Ethics conflict with or come into conflict with laws and regulations, the relevant provisions of the laws and regulations shall apply. Provided that they are consistent with the Code of Ethics, Members may include more restrictive provisions in their internal procedures without conflicting with the Association’s principles.
