ARTED Complaint Procedure | Reporting and Evaluation Process

The Complaint Procedure is a fair, transparent, and structured process designed to ensure that ARTED member companies act in compliance with applicable legislation and the ARTED Code of Practice on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, Ethical Rules and Business Practices. Under this procedure, situations that are considered to be inconsistent with the Code of Ethics are addressed primarily through an amicable resolution process. Where necessary, such cases are reviewed and resolved by the ARTED Ethics Committee and the Ethics Appeals Committee in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, impartiality, and equality. The procedures for the assessment of complaints, decision-making, implementation of sanctions, and appeals are clearly defined, while ensuring the protection of the rights of all parties throughout the process.
