Key Topics

Ensuring compliance with MedTech Europe’s Code of Ethics and the practices of our member companies, interactions with healthcare professionals, compliance with regulations regarding educational sponsorship, conference participation, and support for scientific events, ensuring consistency in the implementation of the Medical Device Sales, Promotion, and Advertising Regulation, and submitting opinions to the Agency, as well as providing information on the Personal Data Protection Authority. Our association’s ethical code guidelines, implementation conditions, and the evaluation of all practices with group members to shape the sector in a healthy manner, along with conducting public and private sector assessments, can be considered priority group activities.
